Just a little something God revealed to me last night during my studies:
So often, we erroneously use faith to get what we want (things of the flesh i.e. new homes, cars, jobs, money, etc.). The true purpose and intent of our faith is to RECEIVE all that God has for His Children. This is not to say you cannot trust God to provide ...He will indeed; but we must understand, our faith is not for us to live by and get things of the flesh, but for the Spirit! Our faith is to live by the Spirit and to receive the Promises of His Spirit for His Kingdom. Our faith should not be consumed with I WANT rather GOD'S WILL.
